Description:
In April 2015, we were commissioned to work on a projection mapping project detailing the 1913 Reading Room in Trinity College Dublin. The installation commemorated the staff and students who lost their lives in World War 1.

Design Concept:
Sensitive to the narrative, we decided to reduce any unnecessary elements from the scene and instead highlighted the people involved by showing portraits of staff members alongside others who had been involved in the war. Subtle animations of the bricks and structural features like pillars and ledges helped transition the portraits from one to the next and create a uniform illusion that the building was turning the page and revealing new content.
